INGREDIENTS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
· Cook directly from frozen in a lightly oiled pan on low to medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
· Break up any large chunks using a sturdy spatula and stir to cook evenly until golden.
Nadura* Mince can be used as a high protein topping or filling to create your favorite dishes.
✱ Defrost in refrigerator until soft.
✱ Crumble and season as desired.
