Cooking Instructions
Pan-fry directly from frozen in a lightly oiled pan on low to medium heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.
To Reshape
Defrost in the refrigerator and reshape as desired. Season or coat if needed. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days after defrosting
