Cooking Instruction:
Defrost: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
Preheat: Set the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare: Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
Roast: Place in a baking dish and cook for 35-40 minutes per 500g, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Rest & Serve: Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
