Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken - Recipe
Golden, crunchy, and full of flavor—this Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken is the perfect dish to elevate any meal!

Ingredients:
✅4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✅ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✅1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
✅ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
✅1 large egg, beaten
✅ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
✅1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
✅ 1/4 teaspoon salt
✅ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
✅2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
▶ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
▶ In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
▶ In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
▶ In a third shallow dish, place the flour.
▶ Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat.
▶ Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
▶ Cook chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
▶ Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
▶ Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Tips:
▶For extra crispy chicken, use a combination of panko breadcrumbs and regular breadcrumbs.
▶ You can also bake the chicken instead of pan-frying it. Simply place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
