Classic Chicken Salad
Classic Chicken Salad — Ideal for a quick, nutritious meal anytime, anywhere!

Ingredients:
✅2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
✅ ¼ cup mayonnaise
✅1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
✅¼ cup finely diced celery
✅Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
✅Optional additions:
-Chopped fresh herbs like dill, chives, or parsley
-Chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
-Dried cranberries or chopped grapes
Instructions:
▶ If using raw chicken:
-Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
-Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
-Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C)
-Let cool and shred
▶ In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion
