Lobster Butter Rolls

PREPARATION TIME: 45 minutes

SERVINGS: 4 individuals

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g Lobster tail
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Hotdog bun
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 5g Spring onion (to garnish)
  • 2 pinch Fenugreek leaves (to garnish)

 

Add the 500g lobster tail into hot boiling water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Once it is cooked, remove from water and let it cool.

Add some oil to a fry pan and heat it on a low flame. When the oil is hot, add the chopped tomato and onions and start to finely sauté it. Continue sautéing on a medium flame after adding a tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste to it. After 10 minutes this will look fine and golden. Turn off the flame and let it cool. Once the sautéed is cool, blend it into a fine puree.

Add the fine smooth puree into 3 tablespoon of melted butter and heat it in a low flame. Let it simmer for 6-7 minutes. Add one and a half table spoon salt, 1 spoon sugar and 1 spoon pepper into the puree. Mix it well until it gives out a fresh aroma. Now it’s time to add our well-cooked lobster tail into the puree. Close it with a lid for 8 minutes. Garnish with some spring onions and fenugreek leaves.

Finally, roast the hotdog buns in butter and add our lobster tail butter puree into the center of the bun.
