How to Make Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients:
✅1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
✅ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✅ 1/2 onion, diced
✅ 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
✅ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
✅ 1/4 teaspoon cumin
✅ 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 4 large flour tortillas
✅ 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese
